Tuesday will feel much more like winter across the D.C. metro in the wake of Monday’s strong cold front. It will turn cold, blustery, and mostly cloudy, with afternoon temperatures running 15 to 20 degrees below normal.

One last blast of the traditional winter season will sweep into Texas on Sunday after temperatures climb to their warmest levels of the year.

There is an increased chance for severe weather on Sunday, well ahead of a powerful cold front that will bring big changes to our weather.

A chilly night is in store for Texans.
