Ten years after its founding, a manufacturing innovation institute has moved from its longtime home near MIT in Cambridge to a new site in Bedford.
Period 1 registration for spring 2026 opened Thursday, Feb. 12, with the quarter’s course list including three brand new classes. All three classes require no prerequisites and are open to all majors.
The college raised the final funding for a $60M academic building training workers for advanced manufacturers such as Amgen, Honda and Anduril.
