Ever since we moved from Incandescent bulbs having infrared lights to white lights to save electricity 🔌 we have done a lot of damage. Even our sun contains 70% rays as infrared lights and since most people are staying indoors its high time to give priority to infrared lights. So go outside in the sun when it comes out but in 4 months of winters the sun doesn't come with good sunshine.
